The first step of our process is appling the proper amount of skate specific adhesive to each sheet of veneer. Our adhesive is of the best quality for the best possible end result. Each sheet is laminated in preparation for our stacking process.

Our next step is bonding each sheet together in a press. The veneer is stacked 3 decks high and put into CNC machined molds and the correct amount of pressure is applied. It is important to not apply too much pressure or too little pressure as you will not get a desired result. The panels are left to cure in preparation for cutting and shaping. Years of experience allow us to come out with a perfect lamination every time.

Our third step is drilling and shaping. After our deck is properly cured we place it in our CNC where it undergoes it’s template cut and drilled for a standard skateboard truck application. We are able to apply custom shapes to the machine for spot on perfection. Each deck is stack and ready for a sanding.

We are still not done yet. Each deck needs a smooth finish. The decks receive careful hand sanding and error checking. This is to ensure the edges are smooth and round. The decks are stacked carefully and await a Clear-Coat finish.

After all decks are well smoothed and checked for imperfections we then apply two coats of Clear-Coat to seal the deck for a longer lasting product to give it that high gloss finish.

We can either send the blank decks to be shrink-wrapped or if our customers have custom artwork we can apply designs in two different ways. We offer both screen printing and heat transfer for applying your custom artwork. Both have there positives and negatives. For instance, some complex design are better suited for the heat transfer application.

The final step in our process is to then shrink-wrap each deck for protection. We do not charge an additional cost for this process. We then box and ship your decks right to you door.
